Summary

List of all candidates for the current elections.

Provincial

Nomination papers must be filed during the first weeks of the election period. The final list of candidates is released two weeks before election day.

Municipal

Those wishing to apply have until [jour -37] at 4:30 p.m. to do so.

Nominations for the municipal general elections are posted here as they are received by the returning officer of each municipality. Candidates elected without opposition will be announced at a later date.

General elections

Under the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities, a general municipal election is held in all Québec municipalities every four years, on the first Sunday of November.

The next general municipal election in Québec will be held in November 2025. The list of candidates for all municipalities will be available here.
