The Chief Electoral Officer of Québec proposes to withdraw the authorization of the Parti équitable, a provincial political party, in accordance with section 68 of the Election Act (CQLR, Chapter E-3.3), on the following grounds:
- Failure to have at all times at least 100 members who are qualified electors and hold a valid membership card, which failure constitutes a contravention of section 51.1 of the Act.
