Public audiences feed the Commission’s reflection and work. They enable it to understand the issues that concern the public.
Following public consultation, the Commission may divide the territory itself or maintain the division proposed by the municipality. The Commission’s decision becomes effective on the day of publication of the notice.
2024 public hearings
The public hearings allowed the Commission to draw up electoral maps for these municipalities in preparation for the general election scheduled for November 2, 2025.
