The Chief Electoral Officer proposes to withdraw the authorization of the Action Saint-Amable party in accordance with section 404 of the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities (CQLR, Chapter E-2.2), on the following grounds:
- Failure to furnish the Chief Electoral Officer with the information required for the purposes of the updating of the register as provided in section 424 of the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities.
If you have comments to make or arguments to put forward regarding the withdrawal of the party’s authorization, please submit them in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. on March 29, 2018, at the following address:

If you fail to submit your written comments or arguments within the stipulated time, and subject to the comments or arguments that the party concerned may make or present, the authorization of the Action Saint-Amable municipal party will be withdrawn.
