The Chief Electoral Officer is proposing to withdraw the authorization of the provincial political party Québécois unis pour l’égalité / Quebecers United for Equality, pursuant to section 68 of the Election Act (CQLR, c E-3.3), for the following reason:
- Failure to provide the information required to update the Register, as described in section 65 of the Election Act.
- Failure to comply with Division IV of Chapter II of the Election Act, regarding the auditor.
