Since May 1, 2011, the Directeur général des élections du Québec (DGEQ) must, under the Election Act, the Act respecting school elections and the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities, keep a record of natural and legal persons convicted of violating any provision governing the payment of a contribution with which no public contract can be concluded.
